Our Program

What We Do

We have high and low elements courses available in LaGrange, Macon, and Columbus, Georgia for any groups interested in bringing their group closer together. We also have the ability to bring team building games and challenges to you with mobile team building.

Twin Cedars Teambuilding

Team building opportunities for:

  • Organizations
  • Companies
  • Clubs
  • School groups

  • Church groups
  • Leadership groups
  • And more

Our Goals

Through carefully designed and led activities, we assist individuals and teams as they explore:

  • Communication
  • Group dynamics
  • Confidence
  • Decision-making
  • Team spirit
  • Trust

  • Cooperation
  • Motivation
  • Creativity
  • Conflict resolution
  • Diversity
  • Feedback

Twin Cedars creates a physically and emotionally safe environment in which individuals and teams are free to step outside of their comfort zone and take a risk.

Another key element to our program is FUN. We believe the team that plays together stays together, and people are much more willing to learn and risk when fun is involved.

Our History

Twin Cedars’ Team Building program started in Columbus in the late 1980s and was spearheaded by former Twin Cedars Executive Director, Mike Angstadt. As the program grew, Twin Cedars expanded to include LaGrange and Macon.
